At Drip in Kashmir, we strive to provide unforgettable travel experiences. However, we understand that plans can change. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when booking with us.
1. Tour Package Cancellations
- Cancellation by Customer:
- 30+ days before travel date: 90% refund of total booking amount
- 15–29 days before travel date: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before travel date: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
- Cancellation by Drip in Kashmir:
- In rare cases where a tour or service is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, political unrest, etc.), a full refund or credit for a future trip will be offered.
2. Hotel & Transportation Bookings
- Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of our partner hotels and transport providers.
- We will deduct any non-refundable charges imposed by third parties before processing your refund.
3. No Shows & Early Departures
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures once a trip has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
5. Special Offers & Non-Refundable Packages
- Some discounted or promotional packages may be non-refundable. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
6. Modification Requests
- Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Modification requests must be made at least 10 days before the scheduled travel date.
